Forgive me for the massive wait, C++ issues lead to DirectX issues. Which lead me to wiping my entire laptop.
I couldn't get the server going for a good while because they moved to visual studios 2013 which i cannot get because it requires win8.
Luckily i still had the old files saved and I went from there.
Download should be out shortly.
Yes drops and spawns have been finally fixed.
Mods will now no longer be admins, and for answering questions Mods cannot spawn things that's how it always has been but i can edit the codes later.
You will have to make a new account
and those of you who were connected onto the old hamachi network, you can leave for i made a new one since laptop got rid of everything.
